1 on 1 Personal Training
The best results come from working with our certified personal trainers. Every member receives a custom workout designed specifically for their goals. A private room is dedicated to Personal Training and Small Group training. We offer 30 minute and 1 hour sessions.
Small Group Training
If you enjoy working out in a team environment with a ton of motivation, then small group training is for you. Combine 1 on 1 personal training with small group training and receive a combined discount. A private room is provided for both personal training and small group training.
